Subprocessors

Tradeswright relies on the third-party subprocessors below to operate the Service. We do not sell personal information, and we share data with these providers only as needed to deliver the features you use. We may update this list as the Service evolves and will post the new effective date above.

Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage (system of record).
Data shared: All Account Holder and End-Customer data stored in the app.
Location: United States.

Render — Application hosting.
Data shared: All data processed by the app while in transit.
Location: United States.

Twilio — SMS delivery (reminders, follow-ups, invoice links).
Data shared: End-Customer phone number and message content.
Location: United States.

Stripe — Subscription billing and invoice payments.
Data shared: Account Holder billing details; End-Customer email and invoice amount. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by us.
Location: United States.

Resend — Transactional email (invoices, receipts).
Data shared: Recipient email address and invoice details.
Location: United States.

Anthropic (Claude) — AI drafting of follow-up text messages.
Data shared: End-Customer first name, equipment notes, and job type/date.
Location: United States.

OpenAI (Whisper) — Transcribing dictated voice notes.
Data shared: Audio recordings dictated by technicians (may contain spoken personal details); retained by OpenAI about 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted.
Location: United States.

PostHog — Product analytics and error monitoring (to understand usage and fix problems).
Data shared: Account Holder usage events (pages viewed, features used) and application error reports, tied to your account. No End-Customer personal information (names, phone numbers, or email addresses) is sent to PostHog.
Location: United States.
